why hire chfa

WHY HIRE CHFA?

To get from Bantam AAA to Midget AAA to Tier 2 Junior Hockey to USHL then finally to NCAA Div 1 or 3 requires people that do this 365 days a year and have a Global staff.

We can help you regardless if you live in Russia – Europe – Asia or North America. We have local advisors that can speak in your language.

CHFA have now been in business for over 10 years and we have helped players from all over the world start their road to success and playing college hockey.

WHAT DO TEAMS LOOK FOR?

Tough question to answer because a team’s depth chart is always changing as players turn to Pro Hockey and then all of the sudden a team needs two more defence and another goalie as an example.

Here is something I like to tell players is of course what you do on the ice is very very important. What you do in school and off the ice and your family is all taken into consideration. You just can’t be a good hockey player you need to be well rounded.

Some NCAA communities are small cities and how players act in the community or even

something simple when they go to McDonald’s or Subway. You are always wearing the team logo 24 hours a day.

WHAT AGE DO SHOULD YOU GET AN ADVISOR?

As we say in this business everyone has a different path to success, therefore we suggest that you consider a family advisor when your son or daughter is 14 – 16 years old.

The CHL draft for 15 year olds happens in the QMJHL and OHL and the WHL draft is for 14 year olds. This can be a very confusing time with lots of large decisions that have to be made.
